ReRoot, a product of Everitt Ventures, LLC, provides digital relocation research tools through its website and related products. This Privacy Policy describes how Everitt Ventures, LLC collects, uses, retains, and protects information when you use ReRoot.

Information Everitt Ventures, LLC may collect

• Quiz answers you provide, stored in your browser to generate your ReRoot Type and city matches
• Email addresses when you view results, contact support, or submit a form
• Device and browser information such as browser type, general device category, and technical logs needed to operate the site
• Usage data about how you interact with pages, buttons, and features
• Favorite cities you save while using ReRoot (stored locally in your browser in V1)
• Stripe checkout metadata handled by Stripe when you purchase a paid product. ReRoot does not receive or store your full payment card number
• Analytics data collected through Google Analytics and Google Tag tools in aggregate form

Information ReRoot does not collect

ReRoot, a product of Everitt Ventures, LLC, does not collect or process:

• Medical or DNA information
• Genealogy information
• Government identification documents
• Immigration records
• Financial account numbers or full payment card details (Stripe processes payments)

How information is used

• To display your ReRoot Type, match results, plans, and related product features
• To power Ask ReRoot and export tools based on your quiz data
• To respond to support requests and purchase restore requests
• To understand aggregate product usage and improve ReRoot
• To operate hosting, forms, analytics, and payment-related workflows

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. ReRoot, a product of Everitt Ventures, LLC, does not store your full payment card details. Stripe handles billing, receipts, subscriptions, and payment metadata according to its own privacy policy and terms.

Cookies and analytics

ReRoot uses Google Analytics (measurement IDs include G-V5G07TNJ1L, G-J0B9492GEG, and GT-5R6XHW85) and related Google Tag tools to understand how visitors use ReRoot in aggregate. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies. You can limit tracking through browser settings, privacy extensions, or Google's analytics opt-out tools where available.

Data retention

Quiz answers, email capture, favorites, and purchase access flags in V1 are primarily stored in your browser through localStorage until you clear them. Form submissions sent through hosting providers are retained as needed to respond to you and operate ReRoot. Analytics data is retained according to Google's settings and product needs.

Your choices

• Clear browser storage to remove locally saved quiz data, favorites, and V1 access flags
• Use browser or extension tools to limit analytics cookies and tracking
• Contact Everitt Ventures, LLC to request help with privacy questions or deletion requests related to information you submitted directly

Data sharing

Everitt Ventures, LLC does not sell personal information. ReRoot uses service providers such as Netlify (hosting and forms), Stripe (payments), and Google Analytics/Google Tag (analytics) to operate the product. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.

Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their ReRoot account and associated saved profile data by emailing contact from the email address used for the account.

You can also start this process from the Account page while signed in.

After verifying your request, Everitt Ventures, LLC may remove account profile data, saved quiz snapshots, and related ReRoot profile records associated with your account, subject to technical and legal limits.

Some transaction records may be retained when required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or payment processor records. Everitt Ventures, LLC cannot directly erase all Stripe billing records, receipts, or payment history maintained by Stripe.
