Acceptance of terms

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use ReRoot. Continued use of the site, quiz, paid products, or related features constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

Ownership

ReRoot is owned and operated by Everitt Ventures, LLC. All content, branding, software, reports, graphics, text, and intellectual property are owned by Everitt Ventures, LLC unless otherwise noted.

Entertainment and informational use only

ReRoot, a product of Everitt Ventures, LLC, is for entertainment, educational, and general informational purposes only. Content, quizzes, match scores, city profiles, Ask ReRoot responses, plans, and exports are provided for research and exploration. They are not a substitute for professional judgment or independent verification.

No professional advice

ReRoot does not provide legal, immigration, tax, financial, investment, real estate, employment, healthcare, medical, mental health, safety, school, housing, or other professional advice.

Your responsibility

You are fully responsible for your own research, interpretation, and decisions. You must verify important information through official government sources, licensed professionals, and current local conditions before acting on any ReRoot content.

No guarantees

ReRoot does not guarantee any outcome, city match, cost estimate, quality of life, safety, visa eligibility, housing availability, job opportunity, or relocation result. All results are generated from user inputs, selected data, and scoring logic that may be incomplete or outdated.

Paid digital products

ReRoot offers paid digital products such as ReRoot Plans, Relocation Reports, Premium subscriptions, Ask ReRoot access, and other digital tools delivered electronically. Purchases are processed through Stripe. Access is granted immediately after successful payment.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge that digital products cannot be returned once access is granted. Please review plan details carefully before purchasing.

Subscription cancellation

Premium subscriptions may be cancelled at any time to stop future recurring billing. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges only. Previous charges are not refunded.

Billing and access support

If you have a billing question or cannot access a completed purchase, contact Everitt Ventures, LLC at contact before disputing a charge whenever possible. Include your purchase email and Stripe receipt. You may also visit Restore purchase.

Browser-based V1 access

In the current V1 version, paid access may be stored in your browser on the device where checkout is completed. Access may not sync across devices or browsers until account-based login is added in a future release. You are responsible for completing checkout on the device you plan to use or contacting support for restore assistance.

Intellectual property

ReRoot content, branding, quiz logic, city data presentation, design, and software are owned by Everitt Ventures, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit ReRoot except as allowed by law or with written permission from Everitt Ventures, LLC.

Third-party services

ReRoot, a product of Everitt Ventures, LLC, relies on third-party services including Stripe (payments), Google Analytics and Google Tag (analytics), and hosting providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. Everitt Ventures, LLC is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, tracking practices, or service failures outside its reasonable control.

Disclaimer of warranties

ReRoot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everitt Ventures, LLC and ReRoot are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses, decisions, moves, expenses, missed opportunities, reliance on results, interpretation of content, third-party links, Stripe issues, analytics tracking, or relocation outcomes arising from your use of ReRoot.

Changes to the service

Everitt Ventures, LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of ReRoot at any time, including features, pricing, city data, or access methods. These Terms of Service may be updated by posting a revised version with a new effective date.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
